Couple people told me to update if I fixed my problem.

Car was running at 12in/hg with stock internals.

Rigged up a boost leak tester and found the line going to the Map sensor was leaking where I had T'd in for something else. Also found small leaks on the vacuum block, and with soapy water I found small sections of the intake gasket were leaking a bit.

So...
-all new vacuum lines
-intake gasket
-adjusted my Autometer gauge that was reading 1psi with the car off

Looks to be fixed now. Reading 16-17.

Yup but now my brake light is on, still can't drive it. :)

Always something isn't it? Did you get the brakes all bled? Once the system is bled, sometimes a good hard push on the pedal will kill the light. Thats worked for me in the past. ;)

Yeah I got them all bled a week or so ago.

Got a bit of pedal feel back and decided to take it for a drive, light went off as I was backing out of the driveway. Never came back on but the brakes feel as ****ty as before I bled them. Considering using some tax return money to ditch the PowerFailure.

Maybe I shouldn't ask....what is your blm at idle?

Had too much fun on my drive today to pay attention to the scanmaster too closely. I'd give it more than one 20 minute cruise for the BLMs to correct anyway. Car has been driven for months and the battery was dead. I will probably drive it tomorrow so I'll check.

Took a longer drive today, BLMs were 124-127. Car smells extremely rich though. $30 fuel pressure tester from AutoZone lasted about 4 times and doesn't work anymore. Been meaning to buy the one that you can just leave hooked up to the end of the rail.

When u say car smells rich, Do you also smell gas in oil when checking the dipstick? Or do u mean the exhaust. I too have hi blm's (mostly in 140's) and my oil smells of gas. I change it quite often and seldom drive car now!:(

Mainly I'm just smelling exhaust. The cap on my dump pipe doesn't seal well and I think that drifts up into the car when I have the windows open. Just changed the oil and don't think it smelled of gas.

Maybe you have a leaking injector?
