Does anyone sell a kit that contains all new vac lines?

Gbodyparts sells a silicone hose kit but it is not exact. You have to measure and cut to you liking. I like the silicone hoses.

Total Lengths For Car
4mm = 122"
6mm = 147"
8mm = 46.5"

I measured these ID's with a caliper at the port itself. I'm going to try and put together a silicone hose kit to replace all the rubber vacuum lines on the car. Lengths were measured with a fabric tape measure.

I don't know about pre-cut to length kits, but I just pick up the bulk silicone line when I see it, and route mine to suit.
Peppy Boys sells it in blue and red, and you get the 3 sizes; 4/6/ and 8 mm in the package.
It's also available in black and other colors in bulk on the web

It usually takes me two Peppy Boys packages at least to do a car.
I have my own preferences about the routing, so I'm not locked into certain lengths then.
A cheapo alligator style hose / tubing cutter produces a nice, clean, straight edge.

I do away with some of those custom molded pieces since I don't run an EGR, and I just run the wastegate actuator lines neatly where before they had those custom molded factory peices.
Not Barret-Jackson concours resto work I realize.

Before I gave up on the molded pieces, I actually made some molded pices using some heavy duty shrink wrap, a heat gun of course, and some custom grooved / routed boards I made in the exact shape of the molded pieces.
It looked decent enough, but I realized I didn't need or want them any longer.

And oh - I actually prefer vacuum line spring clamps wherever possible since it makes removing lines easier - and I prefer the look - but at the minimum - use tie wraps with a tie wrap gun set to high.

If you do go with metal spring clamps - pass on the el cheapo assortment kit at Pep Boys or AutoZone.
Buy good ones at NAPA or a good Ace Hardware store.
The only downside for me is sometimes they are different colors to signify the size.
I take a plastic bin organizer and just load up on 20 of all sizes - since when running silicone, the O.D. is sometimes tricky to get exactly the right spring clamp that fits properly and snuggly, yet fits over the silicone O.D.
Those el cheapo assortment kits dont spring back when sprung, and will break off while opening them.

I still have the thin plastic/nylon lines in my car. I found out how brittle they were when I was trying to install a boost gauge in line with the MAP sensor this past weekend. The line shattered like a light bulb when I tried to slide another piece of hose over it. I guess it was supposed to be flexible at some point, but the heat got to it over 25+ years. I guess it's silicone hose time. Good info.

The help cards have the hard line. Might have to stretch them out in the sun for a few hours to get them back straight though.

I bought the G-Body kit but it's only in red and black. I've been trying to find a 3 size blue kit to know avail. Just searched Pep Boys and only found 50' one size rolls.

I found them.

These all all hard vac line, Amazon has them, maybe your local parts house as mentioned above.

I assume ours are 1/8"?

3' doesn't seem long enough, may have to couple two with a piece of rubber hose.

3" should do it. You're only going from the fender to the back of the plenum.
