If it were my Sale, i would have the buyer meet me at my bank and handle the transaction there. There is so much Cashiers check fraud going on right now especially here in the Houston Area. Click on this thread: Charger stolen thread w cashiers check and you will see what i am talking about. Go to the DPS website and download the title transfer form and the sellers form that you fill out stating you transferred the vehicle. After you get paid head over to your local DPS and handle oll of the aboce paperwork. You may know most of this already. I recently sold my Truck had to go this this whole scenario.
