Had valve covers off to do some work and noticed the factory finish was flaking off. Decided to use up some of the various spray paint I have laying around. Sprayed the lines on top red, then masked them off and finished with flat black.

Seems like a color scheme you'd see on a Mustang or something. Should I go back over it with the black and just go completely flat black? Or leave it. Also have a can of "cast gray" sitting around if I should take it back to more of a stock look. I think the darker paint will help it appear cleaner longer though.

It's going to look good for about 2 days. Go with DuPont High Temp Aluminum color paint. Looks great on our motors and last.
