Did a search and just a few threads came back. But what are some good techniques for easy removal. I use the word "Easy" loosely. But from what I gather the driver cover sometimes has issues with the wire harness having enough slack to lift off the two lower bolts. And the passenger cover two rear bolts (the 2 close to the firewall) have clearance issues with hard water line on the side near the injectors. Watched someone replace covers/gaskets a while back and the person doing it really didnt have any issues. Thanks for any advice

It is a little tricky.o_O Drivers side is easy and you just have to wiggle the harness around. Pass side is just a little tough. Take the bolt out that holds the hard line to the intake for wiggle room. I always take the turbo cover off and then move the valve cover out of the way. You kinda have tow twist it up and around the rockers:rolleyes: Putting it back on is the tricky part:eek: I usually use the right stuff to hold the gasket to the valve cover. Good luck

It also helps to have the rear rocker on the passenger side down for clearance.
