Valve Seals & Oil Pan Gasket Info Needed

I am looking to replace my valve seals this weekend when I install new HD valve springs. What local parts store carries these? And, do I just need intake side only or do I add exhaust side as well?

Are new retainer and/or keepers needed (Or can I reuse the stock pieces)?

Oil Pan:

What gasket is best? I plan on using a Felpro cork replacement - is that OK?
