Valve Seals & Springs

planning to change valve seals now im thinking of replacing the springs like to get better then stock replacement my question is what springs to go with kirbans or can i get some from my local auto part store, going on a stock block.

part #s @ vendors will help thanks.

how can i get hold of him is he a vendor. The motor is used not new rebuilt.

Comp 980's are good full throttle sells them. The kirban ones are a little too stiff for my taste(and possibly your cam),but some have gotten by with them.

i just placed my order for the comp 980s and the comp valve stem seals.
What else should be done while doing this job?
