Valve Spring Locators

I've been advised i need to be 100% sure i have locators.My heads where done by a very good machine shop 10 years ago. I have no recall if i have locators or what. Are there locators or a hardened washer under the spring OEM?

Someone has to know if there is a hardened washer or a locator in a pocket under valve spring from the factory?

OE did not have a locater and my Champion irons and I'm running a roller cam setup.
Yes I do have a locater on my champion aluminum. I did have to go and remove a valve cover and look. and the set of OE on the bench no locater. It dose have a I think its called a silencer around the spring. My opinion not needed on Irons Yes on aluminum. I just hade to look and confirm my view on it.
So again my opinion is if a very good machine shop did the job 10 years ago Its OK. And sometimes second hand advise is just that advice.
