valve springs and cups?

I bought the comp cams 212 cam. Now I need to know what I need for vavle springs to match up with this cam. The spring numbers it says I need are the 980-12's but I would like to know if I need anything else to go with that kit such as retainers or cups. I have read about these cups in some other posts? Do they come with the springs?
