Very happy with TE66!

I had a TE45A and I have to say that the TE66 that I just put
on the car rocks!!! 10 psi on this turbo feels like 17 psi on my old
TE44. The TE45A took longer to spool and at 17 psi, it seemed not as powerful as the TE66 at the same boost level. Just wanted
to give some feedback on this turbo. I know the TE45A and the TE66 are basically the same, however, maybe the big comp. housing does make a difference.

Those turbos are exactly the same. The big housing options are an option with either one.

I am looking for one similar to yours for a friend. Where did you purchase yours at?

Oh yea

I was going to go with a 45 but after considering it would need a higher stall then I got "3200" I have decided to go with a CPT 66 B.B. 4" inlet 2.5" outlet. So for me this will work an still be able to run as fast... Down side to this is the $1500.00 price tag!!!!
