vibrations

Hi all
I havea 87 GN..I recently installed a 2800 rpm stall converter from Poston Enterprises. My problem is that I am having strong vibrations . The vibrations range in all speeds....Is that normal? and how can I fix it?

That`s not normal, if it does it in nuetral & park I`m guessing out of balance coverter. Did it start as soon as converter was installed?
