viganlante 5 disc has significantly louder rattle in park and neutral than before?

As anyone with this torque converter knows, they rattle in neutral but mine is 5 years old now and suddenly got louder last week. I did have an incident where the IAC ran up and revved the car high while in reverse and when I took it out of reverse and into drive the rpms where kind of high like maybe 1500 or 2000 when it went into drive. Think that did something to the convertor?

If you have alot of WOT pulls with the converter locked the clutches are worn causing more clearance therefore it will rattle more.
