I don't think there is any way to find that type of info.It was too complicated for GM to keep track of these figures so they didn't.

No way of telling from the VIN. As was pointed out these were just cars and not collectors items so GM didn't keep track. The way I look at it, if you don't have VIN #000001 or say the last one built than what difference does it make? Nobody will probably pay a premium for either of those cars so it shouldn't be a factor on what the value of any car should be. Look on the cowl tag for the build date and that should give you an idea where in line your car is it. I can tell you 1985 TR's were built in two plants exclusivley. Flint MI and Pontiac MI. Yours is a Pontiac built car. The 11th character of the VIN is the letter P. Flint is the letter H. From a PowerMaster recall bulletin I have learned that the first turbo Regal built in Pontiac was sequence number 400004 and the last turbo Regal built for the 85 model year was 427709.

From that we might be able to guesstimate. So that makes yours the 9,410th Regal from the end.Assuming a TR was the last car built. Now GM probably kicked out 90 G-Bodies per hour at that plant. This was a mix of Montes,GrandPrix,Cutlass and every G-Body. So take 90 divided by four divisions and thats about 23 Regals every hour.Assuming everything was equal. Now Buick sold 124,546 Regals in 1985. So from these figures we can assume that TR production was 3.34% of all Regals built. We can than assume that yours was probably somewhere around the 1,787th TR built. We can probably see how good this guess is by using the build date and corelating it in with the figures we have. It's not an exact science but it's fun to crunch the numbers to see what you come up with anyway.;)
