VIN decoding help

Hey guys im wondering if anyone out there could help with decoding my 1984 T-types VIN. Ive looked up a couple online decoders and compared them to my cars VIN number but some things dont seem to match up. According to online decoders the fourth digit in a G-bodies VIN should be a G indicating it as a G-body, however my cars VIN has an A instead of a G. The VIN looks like this: 1G4AK4794EH******. I'm fairly new to the turbo buick scene so any help figuring this out would be great thanks.

I think being that the second letter is a G it's the second one that decifers that!

I guess the "K" 5th digit is the one that tells u it's a Buick t-type & 8th (9) turbo sfi engine.
