I do believe it pumps more fuel @ WOT but the primary function of the Booster to provide a higher level of voltage to all the electrical components in the car (I.E. Fuel Pump, Injectors, Etc) as mine is programmed to kick on @ 10 psi's of boost....Hope this helps...
On my previous car(GN), with a Direct Scan, I would see the volts go from high 12.xx to 14.xx volts with Red's volt booster (~1.5 volts). On my new car(TTA), with a new Red Armstrong volt booster, my Scanmaster says it's going from 13.2x to 13.8x volts at max, what gives??? I called John at Red's place and he said that sounded normal??? Not to me, I expected to see it go from 13.2x to ~14.7x. Any ideas what might be going on?
