The Build Sheet Says Special And W11 Any Ideas?

Can you post a pic? I don't have a clue what the Special would be for but W11 means it's a T-Type. All 1986 turbo Regals have the W11 code both on the SPID label and cowl tag. Only the 1987 GNs have the W11 stamped on the cowl tag. Any GN will also have the WE2 code on the SPID label.
