I had my 2004r rebuilt about 2 months ago and very shortly after i noticed the first time after the car sat for awhile and cooled down the 1-2 shift would hold and then finally slam into second, its been doing this ever since also i would have to let off the gas to get it to go into OD and now today i drove the car( i just installed new cam and intake) and now the 2-3 is hold as well and have to let of the gas to get it to shift. I checked the fluid and reset the TV cable and still the same. I have one of bruces D5 conveters, trans go shift kit and a tranny cooler. Anyone know what might be causing this.

Yeah i replaced the valve springs. It was the TV cable i decided to adjust it again. I've adjusted it about 3 times since i got the tranny back and every time it just barely came out but it came out alot farther than before shifts much better. Now why did it come out so far this time but not the last 3 or 4 times i did it the exact same way as before.
