he got out ok, but dude could have also used a containment seat (he was whipping all over the place, and his arms and head damn near went out the window) and a full face helmet (stuff was bouncing off his face).. arm restrains are maybe not such a bad idea, either..

He's lucky to have walked out. He was whipping around pretty good and no full shield to protect him from all the pieces flying around inside the car.
