I have a 400 small block with DZ 302 heads and a transmission (The casting numbers are actual DZ302) To the right person the heads could bring $$$$. The engine and trans came out of a 70 Camaro. I drove this car for about a year and then traded the body. The engine was very strong. I pulled it out 6 years ago and it has sat in my garage ever since. This might be what you need.
