What do you have . doing a hot air conversion

I have a super nice, no striped holes or damaged threads complete intake. Has upper and lower, throttle body, fuel rail and injectors, sensors and water inlet neck, pretty much everything needed for a conversion. $350 shipped lower 48 states.
