I have a core in NorCAl!!
I have a BRF core out of my '87 GN. It is a GM Reman replaced under insurance warranty many years ago. It shifted okay, but the front pump was starting to make a ticking noise, so I up-graded with one of Lonnie Diers Stage 2's in prep for the rest of my build. It has one of PTS early deep sump aluminum pans on it too. Email me a t 67L88Vette@comcast.net and I can send some pix in a day or two. I was thinking $400 plus shipping. I'm not sure what's the easiest way to ship either. My zip is 94582. Let me know.

Here's the pix I promised in my PM reply. I sent these to the above email addy, but maybe you couldn't open them. I provided some details about the tranny. I have an "Art Carr" (from a company called Art Carr in Reno, NV several years ago; not sure AC was involved with them or they just purchased his name) 12" convertor that I ran with this tranny, stalled about 2800 rpm that I'd throw in for $75 also. Let me now what you decide.
