I have an older HKS EVS and I'm located in the SW Suburbs. I'm not sure what you're definition of cheap is. I wouldn't want massive $$$, but I'm not giving it away either.

Unfortunately, even used $100 is way too low. The unit sold for $400+ when I purchased it. I'd need $200 for it.
