I live in bg and want to buy a gn 86 or 87!!!
I will be at the mats on Saturday. My email is tylercherry@ hotmail.com. Please help!

Have you checked the for sale section? Usually some nice rides in there.

They usually have a car corral inside at the Nats there in BG. Check out the park lot too as I remember seeing signs on cars for sale out there too (not sure if they allow this anymore?). It has been about 10 years from when I last attended but the drill/ agenda is usually pretty much the same each year. I'd recommend Auto Trader and the Turbo Buick sites.

Thank you! Yea I have been there many of years past. Just now in position to purchase one. I missed out on one about 5 years ago. The gentleman was diagnosed with cancer and was selling his GN. He wanted me to have it but I just couln't afford the price then. Thank you for the advice, is there certain things I should avoid when looking at the quality of the Buick?

Dennis Kirban's two guidebooks are great to have and a wealth of knowledge in your quest. I'd recommend purchasing both! There's also a decent article on what to look for over at gnttype.org
It is still a buyer's market so you have the power especially if you have the cash!! Good luck and I hope you find a nice specimen.

I would suggest you keep your eye out . I always see what comparable GN to mine are selling for and I have seen some nice cars cheap . I do have some advice for you . You get what you pay for . Buy one that is done . I recently had to have mine repainted and I could not believe how much parts are for this car . Do not get a beater you will spend more in parts in labor than one already done one . Good luck on your search . Some of the T_types are going for good money . I did not want one at the time wanted a GN but they go for alot less money
