Wastegate/ Downpipe Help

I have a tail wastegate that I want to run on my car. However the wastegate will not fit on the downpipe as it’s made. Did you guys that are running external wastegate have to get you DP modd to fit? If so can you give me some feedback on the best way to get it done?

we had to hack off the flanges on my atr downpipe and weld the vband flange on for the precision gate, what about yours doesnt fit?

It will not line up the tail wastegate is too large

Here are the pic. That's my bad on the tail part I use talk to text on my phone a lot so I don't catch everything. It will not line up with or without the flanges

is that a 60mm gate?

No it's a 44

That pipe is set up for a different gate. If you want that to work you have to do some cutting and welding.

Looks like pipe is set up for a 38mm gate. Time to exchange gate or get to fabbing.

We have a welding and fab shop here on base. So I will take it over to them and get some work done on it.
