Water pump

Its for a 86 non turbo Regal I have, need to replace the water pump looks like a bad leak. My question is....since there is no way in getting penetrating oil on the bolts to make it easier to remove it. Any tips? Because I did one before in another Regal and had problems with the bolts breaking, and was not easy to remove the broken studs.

Penetrating oil, tap with a hammer, propane torch, try them all.

I'm not being sarcastic with this advice although it seems it. The key may be patience. When it starts to give you trouble, try to hit it with some wd-40 and take a breather for a few minutes and finagle it again....it usually takes several tries. That's what worked with mine, otherwise it would have snapped.
