SignUp Now!I don't know about theirs but I have a 160 stat in but in the summer my car runs 175-185 the winter 160-168 Not too bad in my book ridin my 11-10 second ride on the street even to work is Terrific and yes I get on it regular. I have a single row radiator though my A/C isn't hooked up I like the windows down lol....I travel around 30 or 40 miles one way pretty regular in the summer and go street hunting around spring.
It says the engine will run hotter tho, who would want that?
people that want to extract more power out of a given amount of fuel?
keep it from detonating, and a hotter temp is a good thing.
i can just command my fans to come on at a higher temp if i wanted to. Surely leaving the tree at 220* isnt good for performance, right??
mine runs about the same, i have an over the counter fbody radiator and some orange coolantalso a cottons front mount
