Waved washers

I am looking for the waved or spring washers that hold the air dams on, or where can I buy them.

Do washers hold it on or is it bolted on? Post a picture of installed washers or describe attachment if you can. I am pulling my gn out of storage and I noticed both the left and right air dams are drooping. I thought it was odd for two bolts to be missing.

I was thinking they were held with those clips that have nuts on them. No idea what their real name is, but it seems like I seen some on Ebay or possibly gmpartsdirect. Might have some in the HELP! section too.
