Web designers and Spread Sheet experts..?'s

I was told that this IC program was done in a spread sheet then uploaded to a web site. Does anybody know how the spread sheet is done?

If you view the source, you see its a Java applet. I dont see where there is a spreadsheet involved.

If you want it, try viewing the source, and grabbing all the files it refers to.

Maybe save his source code for applet parameters.

If you're gonna publish it on your public page, I'd ask permission tho.

I want to learn to do something like this. I know him a little and sorta helped him with the idea but I would like to know what was involved in making something like this..
