Most of what I hear from my customers is ease of navigation thru the site....and also product selection with information that is clear.

I HATE an "entrance" page. I find the web site I want then I have to "Enter" once I get there??? STUPID! I also hate animation entrance pages or they should at least let me skip the Intro.
I don't like a cramped looking page. Clean easy-on-the-eye graphics, not gaudy. Fast loading. Pics should be around 30-20K in size.
