fronts are 15x7 rears are 15x8 dont know how to tell the offset.i didnt buy these wheels came on my car when i bought it

Put a straight edge across the back edges of the rim, measure into the bolt mounting flange and this will give you the backspacing-welds are usually 3.5", 4.5" etc.
