Went to the track today

Went to the track today, had THE WORST LUCK ever!!! First run, spun badly due to the crisp minnesota morning air a whole 29 degrees, Second run blew my intercooler tube off the throttle body, and third one POP went the head gasket and to top it all off my right front brake pads started on fire....wow, horrible , but thought I would share it now. I am now gonna send it to Sod at hye tech and make it bulletproof

sorry to here the bad news,but look at it this way,at least next time you come out to the track you'll be packing a fully loaded six shooter :biggrin: Hye Tech has done some work on my g/n and I'm extremely satisfied, i break my tires loose with with little effort. your going to love your car after he performs his magic on it.

Yeah my buddy got a motor built by him, but hearing that from someone that ran a motor done by him is a lot of confidence for me. I have to admit, my previous shop who built it did not know a difference between a hole in the wall and a whole in his a$$
