were to mount Gen 2

Could someone give me some ideas or pics of were they mounted their Gen 2? I have it wired but I really can't find a good spot. If the wires came out the bottom or back it would look good on the top of the radio(were most scanmasters are), but with the harness sticking out the top it doesn't look good. Any help would be great. Thanks, Mike

I put mine in the console 'glovebox'. The only issue is that you have to cut a hole in the box large enough to fit the connection to the control box, other very clean.

i put mine in glove box also but i just run wires across top of gove box i can open door and wires are long enough to sit in passenger seat and tune.

Thanks for the input. I was thinking of putting it there, my car was an old trooper car so the glove box looks like swiss cheese inside anyway. Thanks, mike
