Just wondering what tracks are liked & disliked for drag racing your Buicks?

Anybody also know where the 10 seconds & under cars do thier best?

ive only raced at one track, moroso, which is in palm beach, and its horrible, although i dont have anything to compare it to, but they seem to fart around, mess with the drivers for no reason, and there is a dip in the left lane at about the 660 foot mark, that causes everyone to lose traction and a couple people to hit the wall

Yeah I have only been to NED  & Leb Valley

I hear so many good things about Bristol or Racway park
That I am curuois to get some feedback but everyone seems to be out to lunch here on the board. :(

Bristol is the best I've been to.

I hear Norwalk is nice, but I've yet to make a pass there. Should be soon.

Local tracks, I like National Trails, but with this ricer fad, you have to get there early to get runs in, otherwise you're sitting in the staging lanes for hours and only get two passes...

We've got two NHRA tracks in the Phoenix area and one in Tucson, but Las Vegas is far better than any Arizona track and might be one of the best in the west.

4 Favorite Tracks

1.) Bristol

2.) Bristol

3.) Bristol

4.) Greer International Dragway :)

I like Lebanon Valley the best mostly because it is a nice trip to the track. Real laid back atmosphere. Don't have to deal with all the crazies in NY and NJ ( no offense to any members that live there:D )

Also raced the GN at ATCO once, not a bad little track but too far to drive and race without a trailer.

Raced my Chevelle at both Englishtown and Maple Grove. Liked Maple Grove better.

BRISTOL !!!!! Top notch and not much elevation for the east coast. We just need to travel up there more often. At least were having another event there this year.

Las Vegas gets my vote. I'm counting down the days until this year's event!!

MD area tracks...

As far as the tracks local to me (all in MD), I would have to give the nod to Cecil County. I know there have been some good record setting runs made there. (I haven't run at Cecil County yet)

Maryland International Raceway (Budd's Creek), is OK. That's where I've run my fastest times.

Capitol (Crapitol) raceway, is just a generic track. Just so happens to be the closest to my work.

75-80 Drag - A - Way, from what I hear goes half up hill. Also a lot dust blown from fields. (Not my favorite for pits either)

Never been to Mason Dixon.

Outside of MD, I would have to agree with Bristol. Gotta love Thunder Valley.
