Was that a drawthru turbo motor?

hehe hard to hide the sound of a V8 but thats the end result of 10 years of wasted money, at the time you couldnt make me change my mind on the swap but I do find my 1980 stocker i picked up in january is awsome to cruse at half the fuel cost and gives me a little peace at mind

No Definitely not that's a V8.
And sounds like 1st gear only

Very nice burnout anyways. Color looks good.
Running 17" wheels?

made it into 3rd at the end and had to let off has it get harry the faster you go, the tires are 17s but i dont lay burnouts like that anymore cuz a set of rear tires every summer is crazy with all the associated cost of hotdogin

Bullsh!t! Mine would smoke that peg leg like my IC car does with a posi:cool:

is it stock? i just must have something wrong with my car then. i guess i have more work to do. help me and 83 turbo out we just cant get our car to do it. give me some pic of the motor in your car and where all the vac lines hook up to that the only issue i could think it is on my car.

I don't have the car anymore. I honestly can't tell you how. The car ran flawlessly though until I popped a headgasket from running too lean. It never bogged when it was cold even with the thermac disabled. Choke worked exactly how it should. When the car was warm I could bump the ignition switch as fast as I could and it would start every time. It ran better than new. It was one of the best running and best looking cars I've had. Even had air shocks in the rear when I bought it with a small compressor mounted in the trunk that I could control with a switch mounted under the dash. It was an awesome car.
