Boy it is a tough call not sure who I would cast to play a YOUNG, MIDDLE, & SR Whitey

Robert Duvall as old Whitey would be cool IMO especially since they are very close in actual age. I'm sure Robert De Niro could also pull off a good Whitey. They also need to make a movie about Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski.
