Decided to start over with another motor altogether. Want to build a stout(er) 109 but it will be a long process. Probably get an NA109 , and roller cam conversion for Xmas. (already got another Craftsman top and bottom box too...)

Man, you really like takin' your engine out, don't you?
Your wife is gonna think that buicks are the most unreliable cars on earth.


Mine's getting a dutt neck for the stock IC. Hopefully.

New motor, finishing the fuel system, new used rear end for it, upper control arms, bigger turbo and injectors, probably a roll bar, oh and hopefully a paint job if all goes as planned. Hopefully having it all done by Bowling Green but its doubtful paint guy said he cant even look at it till the end of Feb.

Mine just got some attention, that was long over due. Motor mounts, tranny mount, oil pan gasket,TH down pipe and some other loose items. While the starter was out found a couple fusable links that were fried. Everytime I go to fix one thing, I find 2 more problems. But after starting it, and driving it, all the time and grease was worth it. Couple pics, one of the torn to crap pan gasket and the ripped in half motor mount.

mines getting a paint job.... bought the base and clear yesterday. had the trunk,hood and doors soda blasted yesterday. More blocking to get it dead straight. I cant wait !

Used it on the 1956 Gravley tractor to plow snow
6 volt system it don't care 12 volt no problem
Sets all summer waiting for winter old beast
Rebuild the Carb maybe 10 year ago

I've actually slowed down on the spending but I have a few goodies so far, had some seats re-done, paint job for another of the "kids", building and engine and trans for the other "kid"-slowly...
