What are your thoughts on this cam ?

Came new in the box with a engine I just purchased, engine is rebuilt and the bottom half is assembled but top half still needs to go together. That being said if this isn't a good choice bows the time for me to buy another, not looking to go with a roller setup either. Car will be a weekend cruiser and I'm hoping to get it to run low 11's when complete
