Is Steele rubber products any good, how about Soft Seal, I see different brands on ebay. I know gm will be good but is aftermarket stuff any good. lthanks.

I haven't had any personal experience with replacing weatherstrips as of yet. I looked into this a couple of months ago and it appears the general consensus is if it is not GM, it is junk. Do a search on "weatherstrips" on this site, you should find plenty of opinions.

use gm only!!!!! the fit and don't leak. there still availible from buick. all of them.

Yeah I have soft seal all around on my car. Fits great. Although I dont know if they sell the belt molding that goes along the outside of the windows. Oh and they are a hell of alot cheaper than the GM ones.

Soff-Seal doesn't make the window belt weatherstips. I have a Regal I im restoring and have purchaced all the other seals from JEG'S. They are all Soff-Seal products, and the price is great(Roofrail:$59.99, Doors:$59.99, Trunk:$21.99). They even came with all the mounting hardware, like little plastic push-tacks, as well as molded mounting tabs just like the factory.
Haven't installed anything yet, though...Everyone I know (some I don't) says they have never had trouble with installation, or leaks from Soff-Seal products, even my uncle who restores cars.

The door seal i believe are 60 bucks from gm parts direct.com but i can't seem to find the right part number for the passenger door. The number on gnttpe.org comes up a the glass t-top.
