What can I expect?

My first mods on my stock 87 GN. I'm new to Turbo Buicks.. I'm sure I will feel a difference.. trying to get to 12's with the following:
New fuel pump walbro
60lb injectors
Hot wire
Fuel regulator
Maf lt1 and translator
Commander chip
Tranny cooler
And new suspension
Already did exhaust 2 1/2 gut cat.
Would appreciate feedback.
I know I also need a set of new rubber

You can expect short tire life when you get all the weak links taken care of!

With good air, drag radials and 17 psi boost and a good launch you could do low 13's at 102-103 mph with the stock airbox. In my old stockish GN with a rebuilt trans and engine using stock parts, on pump gas at 3710#'s I was only able to do a best of 13.0 @ 104 at 17/18 psi with 40 degree weather and a tailwind at Reynolds. I used a simple RJC boost controller to get the boost where I wanted it. I say put an alkycontrol kit on it and really turn the boost up.

Thanks for the feedback. Again, new to the Turbo Buick.world. Yes , I plan on taking small steps and have been doing lots of reading. I really appreciate all insight. Seems like I am way off..any suggestion for future mods with my initial upgrades?
I have been reading about changing my timing chain.

thats about it unless your suspension mods includes really sticky tires and you can hold boost to cut a great 60'

you wont make much more power than stock unless the boost gets turned up . nothing youve done yet is going to allow that to happen
you'll need data to safely turn it up (o2s and something to monitor for knock) and that means a scanmaster at minimum , maybe add a wideband to that.

add race gas then tune the boost up ( i said TUNE not just turn it up) , colder coolant temps (thermostat ) work the boost up while watching tune, good air and you could get to 12s

Ported heads with a Bison cam and turbo. Alky injection. That will wake her up.
