Other than fluid getting too hot, or maybe filter un-covering on launch, or ?
Is there something that is done or NOT done at rebuild that causes the transmission to begin flare shifting?
Is it caused because the clutch plate clearances not set to proper specs, or maybe the shafts end play set wrong, etc..?
Trans started flaring the shifts after 5-6000 miles of street driving, all the clearances were set to specs, new clutches and steels thru-out, new seals thru-out, new 2nd gear band-adjusted to specs, etc... The shifts are firm during street driving, but WOT runs is when the flaring is most noticeable. What could have happened????
