Among them are: weak PR spring, as you stated small TV boost valve leaking TV boost valve assembly bad sealing rings and/or lip seals warped pump castings sticking pump slide bad filter seal weak TV plunger spring in the valve body malfunctioning TV limit valve in the valve body cross leaking valve body gaskets
