What chip is this ?

I bought a used ecm from a friend of mine and it had a chip in it that is decribed as follows, big smiley face on the front and inside it says (EST 57 COF EXTREME EXTENDER). Any help would be appreciated.

Appears to be a Chip marketed by Full Throttle. (Mike Licht) Always on the board. Its for 57# Injectors and Mike would be able to fill you in on all the other details. I know it needs to be used with the GM (Chev.) type maf sensors & a translator+.

Actually thats for 75's....

E = Extreme version
S = stock datastream for scantools
T = 75 lb injectors
5 = spark timing for about 98 octane
7 = max boost programming
C = idle speed 850 rpm
0 = no anti-theft function
F = revision

The car needs translator or translator+ and a 3.5" MAF
