what color spring on governor .???

Hi everybody
The saga of wrong valve body is still bugging me but will get to the bottom of this .I took my governor out and it seems as if is a correct one (one weight is smaller the the other )but I have what appears a light green spring --is this the correct color and if not where can i get the right one..?

There should only be one spring, and

it should be on the lighter weight. The spring color should be blue, but after being in there so long with red fluid that where the green is coming from.
