center brace under floor and brackets - aftermarket available?

Do they sell this center brace and the brackets which they screw to that are welded to under the floor in the aftermarket? I cannot seem to find them for sale new like I can with the seat brackets above the floor. I am currently cutting out the old floor and I was hoping not to try and drill out the spot welds on these brackets to remove them as I usually make a mess of things trying to remove spot welds and ruin more of the floor.
