center brace under floor and brackets - aftermarket available?

Do they sell this center brace and the brackets which they screw to that are welded to under the floor in the aftermarket? I cannot seem to find them for sale new like I can with the seat brackets above the floor. I am currently cutting out the old floor and I was hoping not to try and drill out the spot welds on these brackets to remove them as I usually make a mess of things trying to remove spot welds and ruin more of the floor.

Im going to cut the brackets off of my old floor. The center brace bar that bolts on I will get off of ebay.

I am just more wondering how integral this is to the rigidity of the car or if it forms a drive shaft loop to keep the drive shaft on the car in case of u joint failure.
