What comes in a powermaster rebuild kit?

Looking to maybe get the one from GM if it has reservoir cover, seal and o-rings. Anyone?

No resevoir cover included in kit... you may be able to get it seperate tho...

New kit includes: New piston, o-rings/seals, and c-clip

i don't think a # will do you much good-----i don't think they have been available from GM for several years------and when they were they didn't have a new resevoir------i am pretty sure kirban sells reservoirs but he doesn't have rebuild kits..........RC

I have the p/n as 18038510, gp. 4.898, but I thought it was discontinued years ago.
I would recommend that you post under Brakes, Suspensions, Tires.... for options

I bit the bullet a few years back and bought a remanned Cardone unit from Autozone. It cost me like $460 but it has a lifetime warranty. Anytime I have a problem (motor, accum, any leaks) I take it back and they hand me a whole new unit. Whenever they stop remanning them and they can't hane me another one, they have to give my money back.

It was kind of a bite in the wallet at first but it should pay off!
