I found a straight body GN that has no motor but it has the transmission and the rear end with original rims and the guy is asking $900.00 for it and I was wondering do yall think that is a good deal... and if so how hard will it be for me to find a motor for it?? thanx in advance.....

You didn't mention what year it was?If it's a 86-87---if you don't buy it you are going to have 20 people respond on here to let them know where it's at.If it's an 84-85--it reallys depends on overall condition of everything.

IMHO - If the car is complete (minus engine), straight with no rust, you could part it out and easily double your investement. The wheels alone (86'-87') if they are in good condtion are worth almost half the asking price. Before you lay down the money make sure it is a GN and that the title is good and not a salvaged title.

And make sure it has the BRF tag on the tranny (and the four pin plug on the side), and has the 8.5" 10 bolt rear in it. If it does, buy it quick before someone else finds it. You can either put a motor in it or part it out and make money.
