What does new cross over fit? Its for sale

I have had this new crossover for some time. It doesn't fit an 86/87 turbo 3.8. It is for sale but don't want to misrepresent it.
Is it for TA? I have placed it next to a mostly stock crossover for comparison.
Any ideas?

its NOT a TA pipe. TA pipe is two piece. Is it stainless ?
