What Driveshaft mods do you use? ---

Hey Guys ---

I use a PST carbon fiber driveshaft in my Syclone ... and was wondering if most of you were sticking with the stock driveshaft , or if there was a good performance replacement that you could recommend me? Do you know of a Carbon Fiber replacement available?

If not, do you just upgrade the u-joints? What part number/brand do you recommend?

I actually got in contact with the guy that made my Syclone driveshaft ... he says I need "the measurement from the tail shaft to the center of the u joint on the rear diff." and he will get one made for me.

If anyone has their driveshaft off , or their car up in the air and can take the measurement that will help a LOT.

Solid mid to low 11's. These cars 60ft pretty good though.

I know it seems like overkill, lol and probably is .... but these driveshafts are so light; with the less reciprocating weight spinning they are easier on your driveline wear and tear , and transfer more horsepower to the wheels.

They are a lot safer too, and eliminate the usage of a driveshaft loop. When they break they shread and look like a broom.

If I can get one for the price of an aluminum one, I am all for it. The one I got for the Syclone was just as much as a Denny's. ---
