What ECM/chip do I have

Recently purchased my 1st 86 GN from a club member. He had not owned car for long and had not performed engine mods. So far I have determined that the Garrett turbo is bigger (can not find pn), Wastegate is massive (looks to be 3+ inch pipe, 42 lb injectors, stock bosch fuel regul, no cat and 3" exhaust.

The ECM sticker says reman OE and the only identifying info is
number 7-7148
calib code 0698KM

Do I have a stock reman unit? If the chip is what is attached to the access panel, it says Malaysia 8421 EV with a G
